Where is my order?
VIA EMAIL/PHONE: You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and a link to track your order in real-time. VIA YOUR ACCOUNT: Login to your Mirela Designs account and select “Order History” to track the information
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 9am CST are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons, orders may take 2 to 4 business days for processing.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, so we are unable to accept changes to an order once it's been placed considering cost of packing materials costs.
How will my package be shipped?
We use UPS and USPS for Standard, First class and Priority shipping. To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.
What are my shipping options if I live outside of the U.S.?
We don’t offer services outside of the U.S for now.
My package is marked as “delivered” but I can’t find it.
Here’s what we suggest doing: ● Look for a notice of attempted delivery ● Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery ● Check again at the end of the next day. Few carriers don't deliver on Saturdays but they mark as delivered for some reason. Please have patience on Holiday season / Rainy/ Snowy season ● For any further enquiries kindly contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811), UPS (1-800-742-5877)

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 3 business days from receipt of your order from your delivery date to ship back to us for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping
cost.

If we send a Damaged item /product or a different size at any cost, Mirela Designs will take care of the shipping costs for the return.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Inner wear items such as shapewear cannot be returned.
  • Returned items be returned in original packaging
  • After an item is returned, you can either get a store credit to purchase further for that amount or we can initiate a refund.
